Yes. One of the tips is copper! That one in particular looks like it might have been homemade. My dad was a heavy duty mechanic. I know he did do some soldering. You might be on to something! Thanks

The largest one is 16" and is chrome plated
The next size down is 12" and looks like the mfg is Lowentraut (?)
Then 7"
And the smallest is 6"...
