Had to stop work due to quick trip to Japan for work....here’s the work to date

Thanks everyone! Aside from brick and concrete I am doing it all. My dad recently moved down and he and I are doing the work. It is a daily use garage for my truck and hobbies. It will have 80 amp service with generator feedback for hurricane season.

Progress: Took a day off to help dad scroll in some reindeer

Concrete is in! 20.5 yards!

Hello everyone, New here and building a basic 24x30 here in NC. Here is the progress so far: Cut in the 8x16 footer Set the block and brick Leveled garage floor Sprayed for termites..... love the south... Laying cement tomorrow, framing starts Friday
