24x30 build

Hello everyone,

New here and building a basic 24x30 here in NC. Here is the progress so far:
Cut in the 8x16 footer
Set the block and brick
Leveled garage floor
Sprayed for termites..... love the south...

Laying cement tomorrow, framing starts Friday

Nice...great progress. You doing it mostly yourself? Short of the concrete? My little 24x24 is finally done , I turned on my mini split for heat for the first time and it worked awesome..I’m just about 1.5 hours north east of you.

Aside from brick and concrete I am doing it all. My dad recently moved down and he and I are doing the work. It is a daily use garage for my truck and hobbies.

It will have 80 amp service with generator feedback for hurricane season.
