Wow it would not even have occurred to me to break out a bunch of harsh chemicals for a little stain on concrete, (it's a garage floor for cryin' out loud, not an art museum) much less thinking about ripping it up! If I couldn't stand a little stain like that I'd cover the slab with plexiglass...
