what is your maximum allowed size? where i live it's based on the total lot size. for instance my lot is 50X 128 and i'm allowed 12.5% for an out building thus my max is 800ft. there was another issue tho. in my city anything over 753sqft has to be designed and stamped by an engineer meaning...

i have floor heat with a 6 kw heater and i keep mine at 55-57 all the time. I'm comfortable in a t-shirt at those temps. I actually dont like it to get to 60. Unless i have someone with me who doesnt like it that cold 57 is just fine for me.

floor heat ;) keep it on all the time. Might not be worth it to retrofit for you to paint cars ;) good luck. hope to see some pics

so a little update. I GOT MY SERVICE YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had the inspector and hydro out yesterday and did my service swap all by myself. gave me my rough in and electrical ok so i can seal it up. hope to start sheeting soon

yep. its just the scratch coat and we didn't do around the door and window because they weren't installed yet but it will get done soon. the parallel chord trusses are awesome but a royal pain to install and wire up.
