Has anyone replaced a Rotary Coupler on a Coats tire changer? If so how difficult was it?

I have just purchased a coats 5030A tire changer. But once I hooked up the air it is leaking really badly at the Rotary Coupler. It doesn`t have enough power to turn the table to take off a tire either. Is this because of the bad air leak and if so how much trouble to replace this part? If I...
