    How to Remove RotaBroach Bit

Thanks Astroracer, never thought of using the flats on the washer as wrench flats (got mine years before directions were available online, and with no printed directions. I've used small pieces of lath in a vice to grip the sides of the cutter (place the sharpened end beyond that) with...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Spent most of Sunday building a transport cradle for an engine my father was going to haul to his winter place (in AZ) as well as prepping a welder for transport (and loading them both into his truck).

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Mom mentioned the Model A in a celebration of life today, so that led to some hurried $H!T shuffling in the shop to get it out and gussied up to show the folks at the reception afterwards (was planning on cleaning it after that, oh well, shiny again, now to recover it it bug guts and rain drops...

    4 post lifts

It looked flush to me, on the demonstrator at Good Guys Phoenix; but I don't know if that's a new feature.

    4 post lifts

Dad's Advantage is very nice and had the best directions and videos of any lift I've assisted assembling. If you have access to 220 get the 220V high speed / high volume pump, regardless the brand of lift you choose. Biggest PITA was finding the specified hydraulic fluid (AW32 IIRC) where we...

    Best Compressor for Infrequent Use

The Napa "Industrial" compressors are nice, and they go on sale from time to time. http://napaaircompressors.com/piston-simplex.html

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Pulled the drain plug on the GMC to let it drain, in Dad's winter shop in AZ. Waiting on braided stainless DOT legal brake hoses (was changing pads, found a leaking caliper, .... "opportunity to upgrade" ). Might get a few other things done while it's in there. ;)

Two post lift. Too many to choose from?

I don't have a two post up right now (I have a used Rotary 9K, but it's not up yet), but for a new "hobby" lift I was impressed with dad's new Advantage 4 post. They make 2 post lifts as well. http://advantagelifts.us/2-post-lifts

Would adding RV garage features greatly broaden appeal?

From the way you ask, I expect you are asking RE: resale, so the answer is, it depends on the market. In South East Phoenix, we were told it could make a 90% difference on resale (recoup up to 90% for "RV" garage V/S 0.0% for "man cave" etc. ) From what I remember central Texas can have...

How much lighter are they than stock? Or on that vehicle is the benefit something else?

    Triton 4 post car lift

I have not heard of Triton lifts, but, from what I've seen, I like Advantage better than the name brands you mentioned. No. I don't work for them, nor do they pay me.
