2AWG AL is not rated for 100A, it is allowed under certain criteria to to be used for 100A, none of which the OP meets.

The rubber on that roof jack is going rot, Oatey style roof jacks are a POS. But it fits in with the rest of the install.

If someone was dealing with 480/277V or in Canukistan, 600/347V there might be a problem, but in the scope of this thread it's not a issue.

In the 50 HZ world yes since it's a line to neutral voltage, unlike North America, where 240V or 208V is a line to line voltage.
