It is in the county but it does have to meet code I just think anything over $1000 is asking to much for excavation.. I need to call independent excavators I'm guessing

About the same as Mr surly I've purchased outlets wire pex pipe all the fittings and such the sched 40 pvc to run under my footers all the "small" things before I go to menards and drop almost $20k lol

That is going to be tough with they layout you have. do you have additional space on your lot to just build an extra garage?

I just got a quote for fox blocks for my 30x45 garage. I'm going from the stem wall up to the top of the first floor so 13'4" walls with 8" block it's right around the 10k mark.
