If you are interested in burner design this is worth the read. I used 3 Jay Hayes burners on my forge build. They work amazingly well. At full burn it puts out roughly 600,000 BTU/hr

I think you made out great! Would love a small forge like that. Recommend capping the working end to help protect the kaowool and make sure you have a fire brick in the bottom. Also plugging the back side will help with heat and gas use.
Santa was a cool guy this year.
New old stock 14" four jaw chuck.
I'm no woodworker but this setup will be great for the small wood projects I have.
Lang thread repair set and hose pinch pliers. Hydraulic cable crimper.
I've had my Crossfire Pro for a couple years now and have cut thousands of parts on it. It's been rock solid for the most part. Friend of mine has the Crossfire and has had the same results. I understand why and the use of limit switches would be handy on a cnc table but mine have been a huge...
No welding but a little bit of cutting. While at the tractor dealer saw they had some fancy spring style tire chain tensioners for $200. Too rich for this guy but got me thinking...

Box of trampoline springs for $19 delivered.

You can get your solvent from Tractor Supply as well. Once a year when it goes on sale I'll pick up another bucket. Rest of the time keep it topped off with mineral spirts. Crown...
Great find! I have the same unit and it's a true work horse. Don't over think the motor, I put in the cheapest stock replacement my local shop had 20 years ago and its still working fine. Pumps a crazy amount of fluid. Biggest thing is keep the filter clean! Uncap the other port and install a...
I know I'm late to the party with the TwinGrip pliers but better late than never. And Ullman pick set.
More Knipex. Decided to give the Cobra's a try. Not sure if I like them yet but the needle nose and wire strippers are really nice.
Pouches in my tool bag were getting ratty so ordered a...
