I have never mastered this skill... every time I take a drill bit to the grinder it ends up worse. Drill doctors seem to be marginally effective but I dont own one and my experience with 'em doesn't make me want to buy one.

Thanks everyone. We're going to watch levels much more closely now.
Shouldn't need todo much more watering now anyway if the fall rains would ever show up. The lawn is actually white clover and fall rye, so will be fairly drought tolerant.
For a rain water collection system, how many gallons...
New to living on a "small well"... it's 300ft deep with 1.5-2.5 gpm refresh and is considered a good well for the area.
We've been using a fair bit of water to try and get a lawn going and twice now I thought we've run out water...
I flip the breaker for the well pump and we instantly had...
At least in my locale, you need a permit for everything "permanent" that's over 10sqm (~108sqft).
No experience with metal sheds, but for $699 it'd probably be cheaper to put up a poll barn with a sheetmetal roof/siding which I'd think would last longer.

My shop that I'm in progress on is 26x30 and will be laid out like #1. The left bay will be setup for working and the right bay setup for storing the done car and a gym. I might do a MaxJax lift one day.
I would rethink being a 3 car shop at 26x36 and have it just be a *big* two car. I regret...
