Be sure to turn the ratchet to the off position first,otherwise it will just lay there untill you get back,and wont get any sleep.:lol_hitti And you do not want to try to work with a tool that has not had plenty of sleep.

I have one of the tripod style and two of the single leg type.they are all worth their weight in gold as far as I'm concerned.Remember all of them are just for stability. The tripod style is much taller and can be akward on vehicles that can't be lifted as high.I have used the single leg style...
