    Pipe Woes

kind of like the video above, just take a plumbing torch and slowly heat up the inner pipe, then when it is soft, slip in a needle nose pliers and twist it. This will wind it up and you can just pull it right out. Work like a champ! Have used it a few times remodeling my house over the years. Dave

Spraying kilz oil based primer with graco

Yep, sounds like a blown out tip. Also be aware, that running oil based product in a rig used for latex, will often clog the filter. It eats up bits of **** from the pump and line. (although I don't think this your problem right now). Also be aware that latex paint also tends to eat tips...

Keeping mosquitos out of the Garage.

Depending on the size for your lot, I have good luck with the mosquito eradicator. You need to keep these 50+ feet away from people, they lure the bastards in, and keep them away from people, but it will not work on a small lot. I think it basically chemical reaction that makes co2 and that...

    Eaton sub-panel Neutral issue.

I agree with you, and in reading about these MWBC it seems like this is done from my original 1965 panel that is now used as a junction box. I'm thinking that when this was done around 5 years ago they made the feed to the old box in MWBC's . All of these are my old orginal house circuits. So...

    Eaton sub-panel Neutral issue.

Everything is stardard romex. I went ahead a shut down the panel and moved everything that was discolored up to new clean areas. And cut back the bad spots to get to good copper. I torqued it all down, 20 inch pounds (found on the lid of the panel). I have a electrician coming out to do...
