    I use a straight handle but sometimes you need the right angle to get up under a chassis.

    5/8 deep is useful for those large thin nuts (jam nut) that hold onto a potentiometer, panel mount indicators and fuse holders. As you can tell, I fiddle around with antique radios so the 1/4 drive is useful.

    Drain plugs on lawn mowers and other small engines are another example where 8point sockets are used.

    I have one of these. Its great. Best oil drain pan I've owned. Its made by Geo Plastics and here is their website. http://geoplastics.com/products/ They will even sell youi the caps if they break or you loose them. Good customer service. :thumbup:
