    my shop vac takes away all the water and leaves all the ****, spent about 10 min a week to do that. No **** or water ever gets underneath the tiles.

    Tuff Seal is the only way to go. Just lifted some tiles and bone dry underneath in our brutal weather here in Canada and yes that's the same garage.

    This is what I put down its basically plastic and snaps together and feels warm. The piece laying there is the back side but its not cheap.

    I had the exact same problem it is critical you do one row at a time. Don't do it like shingling a roof. It took a girl at the factory had to explain it to me. They stretch I almost gave up but once I got going it was a snap. Be patient as I had the exact same problem. As you see from the...
