I'd use a active fan that turns on when the condenser turns on. Something that can pull fresh air in across the unit and have the heat pushed back outside by that static pressure.

If that garage has a "attic" you can put the mini-split condenser in that if you can insulate and/or ventilate the space. Basically you need the attic space to be the same(or lower) than ambient outside temps in-order to be somewhat efficient. It will cost money to make it work, But doable...
