The price doesn't seem out of line, there are some decent tools in there, the tool chest however doesn't seem that great. I won an auction a few years ago on a Craftsman/Proto tool chest combo for $270 + a buyer's premium on Slapsale.com. Total ended up being about $325. They mostly auction off medical surplus in the Houston and Dallas areas, but every now and then they have some good stuff. My toolbox came from a maintenance shop out of a Houston hospital and looked practically new.

A couple years ago I bid and won an auction from Goddard Space Center. It was for two computers, a couple old TVs, and 4 printers, per the pictures posted online. About $100. Part of the agreement to bid is that you remove the entire lot, one visit, within a pretty tight timeline after award.
Showed up with my pickup truck, and they brought up a forklift with a pallet full of TVs. Then a pallet full of printers. Then a pallet full of computers. Server cabinets, two oscilloscopes, more printers, a huge projection tv that was one pickup bed load in itself. Variable power supplies. A bunch of o'scope stands.
They were initially upset that I wasn't prepared to take it all in one trip, but after explaining the disconnect between the posting and the actual lot, and after they checked the posting and verified it, they let me take a load, and I came back with a uhaul and made two trips with that. Completely filled my two car garage and then some.
I kept the computers and some of the test equipment, but scrapped all the rest. This was in 2009 and scrap was priced right. I made about $400.

From my research, Armstrong USA. Been on the fence about buying a set since they were posted, I would if shipping were lower.

I wish four.cycle were still posting daily deals......despite the haters.
