How long do I wait between the epoxy coat and the urethane?

There are many out there! I am looking at picking up a Hitachi 4.5" grinder from Lowes ($39 not a bad deal!) - but am having a difficult time finding the right diamond cup wheel. Lowes and Home Depot only have 7" cups on their web sites, which means that I am going to have to order one online...

One other question - after I use the dimabrush on the concrete - do I just vacuum up the dust or should I hose it off?

I plan on purchasing some Devoe preprime 167 to prime the garage floor before applying Norklad 200, and urethane top coat. I've read this is fairly watery. What is the best method to apply the primer? Should I use a straight squeegee? After mixing the primer, should I dump in a ribbon...
