Epoxy primer

I plan on purchasing some Devoe preprime 167 to prime the garage floor before applying Norklad 200, and urethane top coat. I've read this is fairly watery. What is the best method to apply the primer? Should I use a straight squeegee? After mixing the primer, should I dump in a ribbon along the floor, like it's suggested for the epoxy top coat? One last question - how long do I wait after applying the primer, before I apply the base coat?

You can use a 3/8" nap roller just like you would with the base coat. Pouring it on in a ribbon is fine. The squeegee comes in handy when dealing with large floor areas or working with two people but you will always back roll.

You can generally apply the base coat 8 - 24 hours after. It should feel tacky but not leave a thumb print. Always check with the manufacturer's directions to be sure.

One other question - after I use the dimabrush on the concrete - do I just vacuum up the dust or should I hose it off?

If you didn't use water while grinding, then you can vacuum it up with a good shop vac.
