So blue is neutral and brown is live?

Looking for some help if anyone on here would happen to know. I bought a coats 775 wheel balancer that needs a new power cord. Wires from the switch to the board are blue and brown and I am unsure of what one would be hot and neutral? Thanks

We have a bunch of the Flexilla air hoses at work and I love them, when I get my garage done they will be what I buy for it. They roll up real nice and easy, the only problem is they do seam to get dirty fairly easy. I believe the ends are aluminum.

Its been A wile since my last update. It seems all the weather wants to do the last month is rain and snow. We have got the side wall steel up on the south side wall, I am ready to install steel up on the back wall, and have got the south side of the roof up.
