Coats 775 balancer

Looking for some help if anyone on here would happen to know. I bought a coats 775 wheel balancer that needs a new power cord. Wires from the switch to the board are blue and brown and I am unsure of what one would be hot and neutral? Thanks

Blue and brown are standard IEC color codes for neutral and live. That would have a ground wire that is green with a yellow stripe.

So blue is neutral and brown is live?
