My Bilitools $18 double-joint needle nose 13" pliers arrived yesterday. I am actually impressed with them. The jaw tips are perfectly aligned, and the pivot joints have excellent machining: not too tight and not too loose.

I would agree with that. I own only 1 Kennedy, a 28" wide 2-drawer intermediate box I bought new around 1980.

I was surprised today to find out that Craftsman does not offer a ratchet rebuild kit for their newest 1/2" drive (#CMMT99434) torque wrench. That would not be an issue if the wrench had a lifetime warranty, but it only has a 1 year warranty.
