I had an existing garage where the concrete under the garage door was not level. To compensate for the concrete I cut an old garden hose to length and slid it inside the garage door seal to 'stiffen' up the seal. Worked out great, ended up with the door sealing up fine.

I used a piano mover that I rented from the tool rental joint down the street. I was able to move it by myself from my shop around to the attached lean to where I installed it. Only needed a couple sheets of OSB / plywood to roll it on. Here are some pics from my after cooler thread, scroll...
I've done built-ins out of MDF. It is very easy to work, shape and paints way better then plywood, but it is not recommended to breathe the dust from cutting sanding etc, at least use a dust mask. Be sure to glue and screw the joints, predrilling all holes and use a counter sink for the screw...
I have many Cornwell tools that I picked up in a CL deal. I have not found any that I do not Like. Since then I found a dealer in the area that is really good to deal with. I have no problem buying Cornwell tools.

I have that exact setup and love it. Go ahead and get yourself another spool of wire, not much on the one that ships with the unit. You will also need two bottles, one argon and one 75/25. You will enjoy this machine for sure.
May want to consider cooling the charge first before you hit the water sep filter. If the charge is cooled first you will drop alot of the water into the water sep. You do not want to put your dessicant dryer that close to the compressor, you will be drying the dessicant out way to often...
I mounted mine on hockey pucks, they are cheap and they work great for reducing vibration. Just drill a pass through hole in center of puck to match your anchor bolts and you should be set. You should not have any problem finding hockey pucks in Canada
I have mine on hockey pucks ($1.20ea) Although you will have to drill holes, this solution works well. Holes are easy to fill if you decide to move the unit. Also, you may want to consider building a lean to type shed off the back of your shop to get the compressor out of the work area, you...
I ended up plumbing my cooler between the pump and tank using an auto drain water separator directly after the cooler and before the tank. Then I have a large filter dryer setup inside the garage. My setup works great, here is a link to my thread covering the install. Good luck with...
