    Thanks for the reply, drainage is good around the house. Not sure how to address removing excess moisture. Will probably not bother trying to seal it then

    Any idea what this is that constantly seeps through the cracks? I live in the south so it isnt road salt. I clean it and it returns within a week. Been going on for over a year. i want to coat the floor but want to resolve this issue first. Thanks in advance

    Dark or Light tiles?

    When i do mine, i will use light. I agree with your thoughts of it brightening up the garage. It will also be easier to spot hardware that i drop while working and i thing the dark will look more dirty with dust and road salt. Just my 2 cents

    Get hold of a "pancake pork chop" I have one and they are life savers in aircraft maintenance. Just drill the screw head off then use an easy out to remove the base after you have separated the two parts
