i'm looking to add a hose hook-up to my garage and wanted to have hot and cold water mixed at the hook-up. does anyone have any links to where i could find such a valve? all i can find is the basic hose valves.

my garage is level with the basement in my house and about 75% of the walls are extensions of the foundation. sorry if this is a stupid question, but can i apply epoxy to these walls just like the floor? what do people typically do in this situation? i'm in the planning stages of this project...
