Got a quote in the last month, 3600 sq. foot shop $125k uninsulated, 2500 sq. foot $87k. Both prices were only the building. Not ground prep, concrete, electrical, insulation, nothing more than the structure.

Very cool. May get one for the side x side. Only downside I could see is that it operates much like a roadside flare, not anything like a regular extinguisher that everyone is accustomed to seeing, handling & using. So if you weren't able to operate it yourself, or incapable of getting to it...
