    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

I want to put in a plug for the M12 inflator. I am somewhat of an inflator collector unfortunately - I have never found one that satisfied all of my needs. I do 20 or so track days per year, so I am CONSTANTLY using my inflators in the spring and summer. It is a royal pain in the *** in the...

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-445-Lumen-LED-Rover-Rechargeable-Pocket-Flood-Light-2112-21/302204636 This light might be my new favorite Milwaukee tool. It's awesome for automative work. Used it a lot this weekend to do two very involved custom radar detector and laser jammer installs...

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

The M18 fan is probably the greatest milwaukee item I own (and thanks to this thread I own a lot). Spent a track weekend at national corvette museum motorsports park with my father. It was his first track day and it was 105 degree ambient, with a 116 heat index. The M18 fan lasted from...

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

M12 underhood light and M18 fan are amazing. I do not know how I lived without them. They make working in a stifling, dark garage not just doable, but a pleasure. Got a DCT and Oil cooler installed tonight with them, along with M12 impact and 3/8 ratchet.

Harbor Freight "Hercules" battery tear down.

Shocked to see Samsung brand batteries, those are high quality cells.

    What your Dad taught you,

My dad is a pretty exceptional individual. No college degree, poor family, etc, etc, wound up an entrepreneur and as COO and employee #1 of a healthcare technology company a Fortune 50 company acquired. Went to every baseball game I ever had. Even coached the team sometimes. I didn't realize...

Looks like Harbor Freight found the Milwaukee factory

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

That is awesome to see. I was in a situation removing a caliper bolt this week on a BMW where my m12 didn't have the balls to get it done due to using a swivel socket, but I could not fit in my larger impact. It was super frustrating, and I couldn't get a breaker bar on it either. The...

2017 milwaukee power tools deal thread

I have been trying to find the mid torque everywhere with no luck. Found that CPO tool has it on their ebay store, but not the website. 8 left in stock, I just grabbed one...

What's with all the tool polishers/collectors?

Cars are my hobby, not my day job. I have a simple rule - if I need something once, I buy it. And if it's not something that is a consumable, I spend a bit more and get a nice version of it. That means that a lot of my tools, especially specialty ones, get used rarely. Others, like my...

    Husky box and store credit

One heads up about that box - the drawers are all the same height. This may not be an issue for you, but there are two annoyances for me: 1. Only the long socket drawer or the two deep drawers at the bottom aretall enough to fit milwaukee 12v batteries standing up 2. Ryobi 18v batteries do...

First Power tool recommendation for woman

IT is hard to give good info with a bit more specifics of what you are trying to do (you say you need to cut a straight line, but how long? You looking just to chop 2x4s or 4 foot sheets?), but it sounds like you might be a candidate for the Milwaukee M12 line of tools. Being 12v, they are...

    Milwaukee M12/M18 Wish List?

I would really like a M18 air compressor/tire inflator. It would be amazingly convenient to just bring a couple M18 batteries to the track and be able to power my lights, vacuum, impact, and tire inflator.

    What is a tool polisher?!

I am sure I would be considered a tool polisher by many because if I need a tool even once I will buy it (even if I may not need to use it again), and I will buy a nicer tool when a cheaper one will do for no other reason than it makes me happy to do so. My tools don't earn me money, so this...
