Yeah that's a good point. Did you paint over the OSB in your shop or leave it bare? I'd be curious to see pictures. That's an excellent deal, best I could find was roughly $12 a sheet for either.

I just checked Home Depot. A 4' X 8' sheet of drywall is less than a 4' X 8' sheet of osb.

Absolutely beautiful bikes!! And yes you are correct, no one will be helping us along the way, just us. 2 years to wait and I'm already excited to go! $1500 isn't bad at all. It all depends how much insulation and drywall is going to run me. I've got about 7k left in the budget.

I used and abused a Craftsman Evolv grinder. One particularly hard day, it got very hot and puked its grease. I let it cool, pulled it apart and put fresh grease in and it still works well!
