Home Depot in Charlotte NC, South BLVD store has 1 R4512 table saw left in stock. Clearance sticker shows $318, however i price checked it and its now $265.00. I bough one on clearance for $400 a couple of months ago.

I have the Bosch 'Bull Dog' and it works great. Once you use it you will never go back to a hammer drill, plus you can use chisel style bits as well.
