I have the 35 model. Dont recall what I paid for it. For me it falls under the category of quality tools. Like another guy said "buy it once for life"

Even cheap hf wire wheels have a 6000 rpm rating. Some wires fly off but that is to be expected. Regardless a face mask is totally necessary when using a wire wheel. So...one yes and one no. Anyone have/ use this buffer?
Southern, do you own this model buffer? I have a half horse hf buffer now and it is kinda difficult to stall but it does sometimes. Hoping the quality 1/3 will be as powerful or better.
Yeah from my research baldor seems like one of the best. I just want to make sure the 1/3 horse model wont bog down or stall out when i use it to remove paint.
Hey guys, I just joined although I have been lurking around here for a while. Anyway I am getting ready to pick up a baldor buffer. I am looking at the 111 3600 rpm 1/3 horse model.
I will obviously be using it for buffing but I was hoping to but a wire wheel on it for paint removal also...
