I have the Mac tools brand non ratcheting kind. Bits store in the handle cap. Only drawback is after so long the cap wears out and the bits flop around in the handl.

I’m just wondering if/when you guys order tools from the tool truck, how long do you guys normally expect to wait before receiving tools? I know theres logistics issues currently and holidays and all. I’m just worried about getting 👻 by the tool truck since it was my first order with this dealer?

I’ve had good luck warranty craftsman tools at lowes recently. I broke a screwdriver that they no longer make and was able to get an exchange into the current model. Same thing with wire strippers. I’ve also done the over the phone option. But prefer lowes because I can’t always wait for the...
