another vote for racks. if you want something portable look into the magnetic socket trays from Lisle where the sockets lay flat. more money but I got tired of having sockets fall off or cutting myself enough times on the metal rails that I threw just about all of mine away.

I went back for the 3/8 set since I'd previously purged my toolbox of 12 point sockets. i opened up the 1/4 set I bought and found that my 13mm isn't engraved--apparently it's part of the GW witness protection program ;)

We buy from Lehigh Valley here at work. Their roloc zirconia discs last longer than others we've used as well. Their flap discs work really well, but the real gems from them are the wire brushes for your die grinder. The knotted ones last forever and we've gone through four of the loose wire...
