It Is Not a Kit, I went to a Place in Victoria Tx Called Metal Mart and described what I was wanting,I bought an Over Head 2 ton Chain hoist with Electric Trolley That will run the Lenght of the Building,so I Had them Build with Extra Heavy Vertical beams. The Electricions are Wiring it Up now...

Thats correct, But where I am from, If its Pretty Solid, white and on the ground it gets put under the catagory of cement, as in C- ment, Probably a regional thing. Its Texas,,,, we have our ways....

Well That saved me 2K, Thanks!! for the Faster than ever expected response. Any Idea what a Phase converter would Set me Back to Power something like this up? It Is a Complete System with air handler, heat etc. I Guess another Phase converter would be needed for air handler?

I Have found a 10 Ton Trane AC unit in Excellant Condition as I am Told, When I Look up THe Trane Part # It Leeds me to Believe its Single Phase, Part #TTA120A300FA. So THe Guy Selling it Says He is Unsure if its 3 Phase or Not. At This Point I am hoping Its Single Phase Since Thats what I have...

Well Things are starting to come around, had the Flagstone laid last week, Fab crew Has about 80% of the Building frame up, Its appearing That Might Have built something That Was Big Enough...For a while. I 'll add pictures as the progress.

Thanks for the replies, the Idea was to get away from extensions as the ground clearance on most of my stuff is Like 5" at best, Hence the Need for a lift that just gives max lifting height no extensions needed.Looks Like a good suggestion has been made that suits my needs,with the Mohawk...
