Installer of door opener says no go

I have 2 12'W by 14'H insulated doors on my shop and run the liftmaster 3800's, they work great and I operate the doors very frequently. Easy to install yourself also.

    air grease gun

I've tried them all and as far as cartridge units go the pneumatic lincoln is the best, continuous shot (just pull the trigger and it pumps), and it is easy to prime. The pressure is great also, no need to worry about plugged grease fittings. I also have a cordless lincoln (12V) and to me it is...

Help SPX Genisys scan tool problems.

Possible dead battery? Have you tried turning it on with the ac adapter plugged in? Probably a stupid question but possible. I also believe you can re-load the operating system onto the memory card off of your computer mabee that would be worth a try?

Cheap ceiling for a pole barn.

I just finished the ceiling and insulation on my 40x70 pole barn 10' centers on trusses. What I did was install metal on the underside of the trusses off of the cord braces which were on 5' centers. Then blew in 210 bags of cellulose on top of it. worked great. The walls received 2-5" of...

    Oil burner help needed

I know on my waste oil heater there is a shut off solenoid at the in line at the burner assembly that has a screen in it. Not sure if yours has the same arrangement or not, but that solenoid could be the problem if it is not opening and allowing oil to feed out to the nozzle...

    Hose reel mounting

I have mounted both a 3/8 and a 1/2 real on mine. I welded 4 7/16" bolts to the lift column, then used fender washers and nuts to mount the reels, works great.

    T8 vs T12, a few simple questions

Yes, my fixtures are all grounded. The lighting that is up right now is also on its own circuit. Not sure, but I think it must just be the ballasts.

    T8 vs T12, a few simple questions

So far in my 40x70 16' walls shop I have installed 9 of the Lowes 8' 4 bulb t8 fixtures. I ran the 6500k bulbs. I am very pleased with the light output. The RFI on the other hand is horrible. If I turn the lights on the FM radio goes to static, turn the lights off and the radio is clear...

    Pole Barn

I built my 40x70 doing the girts inbetween the posts horizontally. I built my own posts by sandwiching 3 2x6's together with glue and nails and then used joist hangers sideways to attach the girts. This way works out great as it is finished inside and out. The only hard part is if you...

Helllppppppp - with pick up truck!

I'd rather be cummin' than strokin' :lol_hitti In all honesty I am a cummins guy (put one in my 96 Chevy crew cab dually) Never have liked a v-8 diesel a whole lot But as always you will get responses on both sides The cummins of that vintage had problems with the fuel transfer pump The...
