Hey so that’s what i was hoping to do but as you can see in the pictures there is no white cord wire. The cord going to the motor has a black, RED, and green wire, while the motor itself has black and red together and ashy/yellow together.

Hey everyone, I’m new to the forum. Did we ever get this figured out? I have the exact issue with an old jet drill press and am kind of a noob. Was expecting to wire black to black, white to white and ground to the body of the press. Have this red wire I’m not sure what to do with and no white...
