I have a reznor 60k BTU NG heater and it works perfect. I keep it at 45 degrees year round and turn it up to 65 when I'm working in garage. At the old shop same size it cost maybe $35 per month. I did insulate the garage real good.

It's actually for me at least not that hard. I back it up my 300' drivewat with a few curves and thats it. I lived in the Chicago all my life and you learn to back up in tight spots.

My direct Tv cable is R6 and runs 350 feet from the antena box splice. No issues at all.
