    CRC Hydrographics is Finally Rolling

I've wondered the same thing but couldn't find anything about it. Seems like they're pretty rare and get around 200 bucks on ebay. I don't think there is enough interest in that engine (305 V6) to make copies of them for a profit, but you never know. http://www.6066gmcguy.org/GMCplaid.htm I...

    CRC Hydrographics is Finally Rolling

lol. Yeah, I have thought about something like that before. I thought about a plaid version of a two tone truck. But I was going for something like this. These were offered on some V6 Chevy engines back in the 60s. They came like this from the factory.

Harbor Freight 13 drawer tool boxes $271.99

I had a raincheck for the 339 price with the 20% off. I was planning on taking the wheels off and putting it under a workbench that I'll build when I get some time, but now I'm thinking about going back and picking up a side cab or the top cab. Unfortunately I had to unload it by myself. No...

I'd love to have some of that stuff just for the historical value. I'll keep my Buell for as long as I live.

Random Question of the Day: used Fluid Storage

I had some old water jugs from a bottled water dispenser (5 galllons? 10?). HD wouldn't take them back for the deposit without a receipt so I was "stuck" with them. I ended up filling them with coolant and oil. A funnel fits in the top just fine and it's pretty easy to cap it off with something...

    work benches... from scratch

I cut a bunch for my carriage doors this past summer - didn't take too long with a dado blade. I think it looks cleaner for the workbench legs too.

For those of you using casters - what are you using? I'm looking for something that will be pretty stout and the ability to lock. I'm starting to organize my garage and the new mantra is "if it's not bolted down it needs to be on wheels".
