Ok, I found out how to pull off the shaft, the bearing comes off the saw blade side with heat applied to the spacer(pencil pointed to in photo).

I’m trying to replace the bearings on my table saw. I have removed the arbor from it’s housing and one bearing is off the shaft. The bearing nearest to the saw blade nut on the shaft has nothing left except the shaft bearing carrier (?) interior bearing support. There is not a retainer spring...
