Cut the clip off. Had to go back and straighten the cuts. LOL.
S10 clip with the stock frame.
Still need to notch the lower section of the stock frame to let it flow better into the clip. Then it'll be plated.

I have used the 7315A for years and got in some pretty tight places with it. Works great and you can use it witout tearing the boot. Also if the tie rod is reaaly stubborn you can put some pressure on the stud and the hit the remover with a hammer and it will usually pop loose.
Alot of rental yards don't charge by the mile. They go by day. The one I use to use was closed on sun. So if you rented it on sat and turned it in Mon morning it was counted as 1 day. That was a couple years ago before I scored my own trailer. It was $50 a day then.
