I got my first job as a legit tech! (Need advice)

But truth be told I am a little nervous. I have always wrenched out of hobby, and doing a few odds and ends for friends. A year and a half ago I got a job at a motorcycle shop as the retail parts guy since sales has always been my profession. I started drifting into the back and doing tire...

I got the same one from mac. Well, not the same, but the mac version haha. It seems so fine I never put much stress on it. Good to know a 15" 88t can handle some abuse!

My first good TQ wrench in years!

So after weeks of reading about torque wrenches on here I decided it was time to step my game up. I have not got a good torque wrench since all my tools got jacked. Lately I do mostly motorcycle mechanics. I decided to go with Precision Instruments C2FR100F. 3/8 20-100ft lbs. I figure this can...

    My tools are rusting!!!!!

I have an apartment on a farm, and my land lord was nice enough to donate a shed to me. It has wooden floors and I guess the moisture is getting in there because my impact sockets and anything else that is hardnened is showing signs of rust. I have been trying to clean them, but it is a pain to...

    Carburetor parts dip.

I tried it twice and everything looked new both times. Once was with an old Norton motorcycle, and the other was with one of my KTM's. I am yet to try it on auto stuff thats zinc plated like a lot of the holley 4150's, but so far so good with it. I had it and never anticipated it working. I was...

    Let's see your toolbox.

I am honestly not sure. I got it for 400 and it never had a tool in it. My buddy got 2. The other one has the typical lock on each drawer and was considered a tool box, and he got this to go on top of it. I am not sure if they classify this as a tool box or cabinet, but I can tell you the ONLY...
