I would have to assume that's insulting. It's actually part of an entire up north, cabin theme in the backyard. I live in the middle of a fairly well to do city and try to have a northern retreat on the backyard to go to - that doesn't necessarily make me a redneck.

The middle section of the bar top is a piece of 1/2" thick glass from a retail store display, its frosted on the bottom and sits in a channel that was dado'ed out of the 4x4's. Nothing has been sealed yep but yes the cut ends of the "stumps" will be coated.

Looks nice, I did my air system out of PVC, I never considered copper - good work.
