My first time here, my first post, my 2 car garage.

It still needs alot of finishing, and I am contemplating the style and such as well as what the new additions are going to be. I woudl like to build an attached shop and get the tools out of there as well as some sort of loft above.

Its a detached garage so I think I want to go with a more service station look, will probably do an awning out front as well.

It's plumbed for air and an 80 gallon upright stays in a shed outside the garage so I don't have to hear it. There is a nice drain in the floor and the concrete is perfect, not a chip or crack in it. The roof is original barnwood/shingled and the structure is concrete block with old factory windows in it. The house was built in 1921, the garage somewhere in the 50s.

here's a couple engine shots of the rides for good measure.

For now, boats, my Jeep and wifes car have to live outside until I can do something about more space. It's a deep 2 car (a little wide too) since it was built for 1950s cars - my '52 Buick used to fit perfectly in there, probably about 12 feet open behind the bucket and 6-8 behind the Probe.

Also I'd love to see the outside... sounds like a cool place.

Workbench on the left is a formica countertop 10' with 4x4 legs, on the front is a long power strip. In the middle are the 2 rollaway chests and to the right of the chest is a 6' steel welding table, then the welding cart then the furnace.

I will try to get some better shots, especially since I would love some opinions on doing something with the exterior. These were all I had on hand when I found this site

was nothing but trouble, so I never really cared for them, but yours
looks awesome and that engine is killer looking. I love the hot rod also.

Late '50s cadillac, this one is a reproduction that I stripped, scotch brited and cleared.

I've had 6 Probes, all of them wonderful. This one I have had for 13 years now and its still incredible - actually I've owned around 30 other cars since I bought the Probe but the Probe keeps earning a spot in the garage every time.

Just a suggestion....the hotrod pipes are heat wrapped. This keeps the heat in the pipes and burns them out prematurely. Ceramic coating inside will keep the heat away from the steel pipe. The coating on the outside will reduce radiant heat dramatically. and it looks good too.

Beyond well aware, but thanks for taking the time. The piping on my turbo car is all ceramic and at my old shop we used to send out stuff for ceramic constantly.

The bucket the wrap was done for looks, and the fact that I don't like the headers on there - I am building a set of lakes to go on it.

I think what you think is a level, is a long power bar.
Very nice work space, looks like it came together over a long period of time.

I've bought about 40 cars in between but nothing comes close. Until I start spending Ferrari money I think I'm stuck with it 60k miles on it now.

I also have the Roadster and a Jeep - I've sold off everything else.
