It still needs alot of finishing, and I am contemplating the style and such as well as what the new additions are going to be. I woudl like to build an attached shop and get the tools out of there as well as some sort of loft above.
Its a detached garage so I think I want to go with a more service station look, will probably do an awning out front as well.
It's plumbed for air and an 80 gallon upright stays in a shed outside the garage so I don't have to hear it. There is a nice drain in the floor and the concrete is perfect, not a chip or crack in it. The roof is original barnwood/shingled and the structure is concrete block with old factory windows in it. The house was built in 1921, the garage somewhere in the 50s.
