First of all, you will not be able to run the gas line from the main to the meter yourself. The Gas company or authorized sub contractor will have to do that. Secondly, they will not set a meter unless you have a plumbed use for gas installed and inspected.

Gonna have to **** it up and remove the sheathing. No amount of racking and come-alonging will pull it plumb. The roof sheeting alone will make it hard to pull it plumb.
After 6 plus months I can say I'm really happy with it. I have been using my blast cabinet a bunch lately and it has no problem keeping up and I can still hear the stereo while I'm working.
The size discrepancy is to allow for expansion of the sheet goods. When installing OSB you should tack a nail between the panels and not **** them tightly because OSB will expand and contract depending on humidity levels, causing buckling of the sheet. I've seen it many times.
