    What did you do "IN" your garage today?

    Got this for Christmas and installed it today. Wanted to run it down the right side of my garage but found out my ceiling joists were on 19.2" on center. I like it. Already want more. Seems sturdy.

    What did you do "IN" your garage today?

    Cleaned it out. Who am I kidding, I just rearranged all the junk to look neater. I did sand my workbench top to put down some danish oil or boiled linseed oil on it.

    Toolbox cleanup/restoration

    Waxed the toolbox tonight and cut out some turf that I have been hoarding for something to come along like this. Also took the black bottom corner pieces off, may or may not put them back on. Would still like to clean up the plastic top to get it looking brighter and grease the slides.

    Toolbox cleanup/restoration

    An update on the toolbox cleaning. I filled my wheelbarrow up with some purple power and water, let it sit for about ten minutes, air dry and wiped it down good. It is free of all grease and residue even in the hard to reach corners. Slides cleaned up well too. I think Im going to wax it and...

    Toolbox cleanup/restoration

    Thank you all for the thoughts and suggestions. I feel like I want to get the rust out of the top shelf and inside of the cabinet. Will a dremel type tool with a wire wheel work? I also want to be able to pull the drawer slides out to clean them up. What, if anything, should be used to...

    20.5x22 = small 2 car

    Can you ask for two 8' garage doors with more space in the middle of the garage doors? Would this put you closer to the wall and have the same issue with opening doors into a wall instead of the other car?

    Stihl chainsaw (homeowner, firewood, etc)

    MS 271 Farm Boss. Stihl's Farm/Ranch series saw. Come with a 20"bar and can run 16" or 18". Cranks easy and runs really well. Can cut down anything in the forest. Do not let the "pro saw" people talk you out of your budget. This thing will last a lifetime of being a firewood saw if properly...
