    True. Its fairly standard 12x16, with 2x4 walls, engineered siding, and a asphalt shingle roof. I didn't want to pour a pad due to the permanence and cost - concrete here delivered, when last priced, is outrageous. I would like to go bigger still but the 8 ft setback from the property line...
