This is a little better pic of it. I think it might be time to replace the sleeve bearings in it. It doesnt make any strange noises but seems to have a little play in the shaft and it has side to side play in it also. Say I wanted to replace the old felt covered wires off the stator (4) of them...

It had an old flap buffer wheel on one side and a smooth little wheel....almost like a round stone you would use on an axe. I took apart and cleaned it out. Its a single phase and just hums along. I just realized just now the I left out one of the washers,that runs along the shaft to oil it...

I got this from my father. It came out of an old jewlery shop. I cannot find ANYTHING online about it. It is a great motor. Runs smooth and cool. Just would like some info about it.
