Thanks guys cleaning the spark arrestor helped it run on full choke better. It is usable on full choke for right now but I am gonna buy another carb online or at the dealership near me. Thanks for the quick responses.

We'll I guess I'm going to have to get a new carb because I already changed the fuel lines. I had cleaned out the carb before and removed most of the gunk inside but I guess I'm going to have to get a new one
