Never had an issue. Its been in my house for about 12 years. Just put it in my new 40 by 60 garage.

Ceiling first.

I had the same decision to make. I went with a pole barn. Mine will be 40 by 60 by 15. It is being built now. Concrete floor with radiant heat will wait for summer.

Bigger is better, easier to swing things in.

I will be putting up a metal ceiling. My builder has recommended conduit after the ceiling is up. He said it makes a neat job and can be modified to suit my future needs. If the wires were to be above the ceiling or in the wall, not so easy to modify. Just my 2 cents.
