Looking for two rear tractor tires ...... 13.6-38. Would have any for sale ?

I saw in some of the earlier photos and was wondering if you had any rear rims for a Farmall tractor. Size is 13.6-38??

I bought this at a flea market and have no idea what it is or what it was used for. I think a part or two may be missing. Anyone have an idea what this ? Thanks.
