Thanks for the reply. I'll try some vinegar(assuming straight white vinegar) on the step before I seal it...but probably won't be till spring now due to we don't have the temps for drying the sealant. Thanks again! P.S. On the step I had to have the small one on the bottom due to the height...

Just got some concrete steps poured and me being the perfectionist...saw this at the bottom step. Looks like when they were pouring it may have gotten some water on it. Anyway to remove that prior to be sealing the concrete? (acid etch possibly) On the sealing note....am I out of time...
